With the Tasting Menu you will enjoy around 12 dishes, which consists welcome appetizer, starters, intermediates, main courses, palate refresher and farewell desserts.

The menu will be served by our chef, while he prepares it with the main objective of astonish your palate and dazzle your eyes. The craft of putting together the culinary evening is accompanied by an attempt to create a warm, homey feeling, sometimes through music and smells, and sometimes through the story behind the dish.

The number of dishes served is dependent on the complexity of the dish. Such as the treatment required for the various ingredients, the cooking time, and the number of cooking steps required to build each one.

In such a case, cold dishes served with fish will be substituted by a vegetarian dish, and for hot dishes it will be replaced by a dish for carnivores. The changes made are adapted to the served menu theme.

We encourage you to try and sense the whole meal experience together with the other diners. The menu is tailored to suit the chilean public and no ingredients such as insects will be served. At DCO we try to convey a narrative and construct the evening in a certain way. We'll also note that as with any meal, you may find some of the dishes tastier than others, some may be more surprising and some more daring than others.

However, in an extreme case of aversion to certain ingredient, please make sure to mention this at the time of making the reservation and we will try to adapt the meal accordingly. During the service it is almost impossible to make changes to dishes.

The meal is served at the same time to everyone present, so really try not to be late. Your being late will impair the experience for the other guests. A diner who is late by 20 minutes or more will join the meal from the stage it is at when they arrive.

If you know you are going to be late, please notify us as soon as you can, so we can prepare accordingly.

We are a very small restaurant that seats up to 6 people at a given time. Every cancellation affects us much more than any other restaurant. The raw materials and the staff are determined and coordinated in advance per event and per diner. The credit card is taken for deposit, and will only be charged according to our Cancellation Policy.

In front of the restaurant, right at the entrance, there are plenty of parking space.
